Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. However, please note that there are exceptions to this processing time. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

How much do I have to pay for shipping costs?

Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination. We always look for the cheapest rates with a fast delivery time. Below you can find some estimations per country. You can view the exact shipping costs at checkout before completing your purchase. Domestic orders over € 60 and EU orders over € 100 are shipped free of charge. For international orders we also offer free shipping based on purchase amount.

How long does standard shipping take?

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track the status of your order using the provided tracking number directly through the carrier's website.

Does Dap Walk ship to my country?

Currently, we ship to most regions and countries around the world. If you want to ship to a country that we do not currently service, please contact us.

Should I be aware of any extra charge like customs and duties?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country. Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties or import fees imposed by their local customs authorities. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges incurred due to customs clearance processes.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays or delivery issues. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by customers.
